cell phones?

I know you've all heard the commercial "can you hear me now?" well that phone doesn't work around here! the only phone that works where i live (and the surrounding area) is altel, and tracfone is carried by them, the prob. is my experience with the %&% company! I have been a customer of theirs since the begining and they never reply to any e-mails that complain, I have 6 (yes six) phones with them under my account, and to date i have had to return 5, and purchase 3 new ones. they just suddenly quite when adding minutes, stop charging, or just simply die. you then have to call the company, be on the phone for hours, and when you get the new phone, (you also have to argue with them because they have in the past tried to insist the phone i have does not work where i live, and the phone in question is the phone i use!) and they want to replace it with an older, cheeper model)!, then you loose all information that you have installed, and now must re-install this same info. into your new phone! (that is if you can find it, or if your smart and learn from past experience), you have it written down someplace. and have they ever compensated me for all this inconvience? NO! not once, not an upgrade of phone, not a single free minute added for all the troubles i have gone through with these phones! yet I am stuck because they are the most reliable service around here! This is one of those life things a person has to deal with, where companys love to screw with you because they know they can. p.s. it would also help if their operators spoke a better and clear english language, instead of trying to decipher what it is they said, and having to ask them what a dozen times.
